What does MountPay do?

MountPay is an Access Management Provider and E-ticket Supplier, that provides customer service and bills your credit card or bank account (Visa, MasterCard and Online Check) for fast, safe and convenient access to online venues.

Why was I billed?

You purchased a membership or subscription from a website that MountPay sells access to. You should have received an email receipt at the time of your purchase. If you do not have your receipt, use the Order Search Form to view purchase details.

Why do I have multiple charges?

For your convenience, many subscription-based websites renew your site membership access until you cancel. For more information, use the Order Search Form. You will find details of the charges listed separately. (You pre-authorized any rebilling on the sign up page at time of initial purchase.)

How can I stop the billing?

Fill out the Cancellation Form. Once you've cancelled, you will not be billed again after the date of your cancellation. To maximize the value of your membership, your site access will remain active until the currently paid for billing cycle is up.
